Thanks for joining me !!!
My first actual published work was a pre-teen nature magazine I sold to our (very accommodating and patient) neighbors. It was a collage of pictures cut out from magazines (yep, 80’s child here, before the screens) with handwritten comments by yours truly on how to save the animals. Very Greenpeace.
30 years later, saving the animals made way for self development and sharing my knowledge and experience with others.
I continued my dream of becoming a writer with a wee little blog I lovingly named “Life’s Recipe Book”. It’s had a number of articles published on worldwide platforms (with some translated into French).

Having been an expat for a large part of my childhood, it was only natural I fell in love with a foreigner and continued to live and work abroad. Originally from Belgium, I've lived in the US, Saudi-Arabia, Belgium, Australia, France, Poland, Hong Kong and now we're back in Paris.
A psychologist by trade, having our two daughters made me shelve the practice for a while and I started training people in English (a new take on life).
The aim of "Life's a Recipe Book" is to take a different look at certain everyday situations, be it providing your with advice, sharing a story or falling back on some sense of humor to get us through the day.
I'll do my very best to provide you with witty stories and useful life tips, but as there are so many amazing writers out there, it's just about having a go right now... so here goes... bon appetit!
